Well today is a good day. I love to write so I thougth that I would come here today and pour a little of my happy day out onto the computer screen. :)
It's almost fall and the leaves are starting to change, it's beautiful. The frost has started already during the nights and it is getting chilly already. I forgot how chilly it was, til I woke up this morning and my feet felt like ice.
I've been playing a new online game.. ( new to me ) called There. It's a bit like TSO, but much better.. and a lot cheaper. You don't need DSL to play it, but it helps. Why do I play this online game? Ummm well a few reasons. One, It helps me laugh and goof off and socialize, since I am more of a hermit these days, I spend a lot of time home, Dan and I and the kids don't really go much of anywhere or to anyones house, since we don't know too many people here in PA, we tend to be homebodies. Dan and I don't like the bar scenes or night clubs, and much prefer to be home with the kids, and watch TV... or play games.
It's also another way for me to spend time with my best friend Meemzz since she lives far from me, and I have not seen her in person in almost 9 yrs.
This morning I logged onto there to check my auctions, I wanted to see if I had made any tbux ( that is There money ) and I hadn't made any money yet, so I checked to see who was on, and found a friend of a friend online and so I called her ( an IM ) to ask her how she was, and what she was up to. I wondered if perhaps she was skilling, she infact was shopping in auctions. I asked her if she had the giggles program, and she didn't know what it was, so I asked her to summons me so I could show her.
As soon as I saw her I showed her my new earrings, and she wanted a pair so I sold her a pair from my auctions for $2500 tbux, which roughly equals $1.25 cents in real cash. You can actually make money on this game by the way. :)
Anyhow.. so I was there with her for a while.. showed off some new dances I made up in the giggles and then left because the server closes down between 8am-10am EST, so I went to go do emails.
I'm planning on logging back in here in a minute to see if Meemzz is on though.
Yesterday on There I had a ball because I went exploring in a buggy ( Dune Buggy ) and enjoyed the sights..
Usually in this game, I socialize, but you can also sky dive, buggy, hoverboard, play spades, go to dance clubs, fashion events, train doggies, write books, become an author, poet.. etc. Ride around on a hover bike, do buggy bashing, like demolition derby, do stunts, etc.
There is a lot to do.. and the emotes are fun to.
You know, when I joined, it was very expensive... but now it's like $4.95 for an entire year, no monthly payments. Of course I changed my plan to that one, as soon as it was availible. :)
I will have to take some screen shots of my avie goofing off. One of the funnest things to do in the game is play Paintball. :) I really enjoy it... it is so much fun!
